Things have been opening up and restrictions keep on loosening all over the world! That also means we will probably see people we haven’t seen in a long time (a year and a half?!?!?!). The number one thing people say when they see each other after a long hiatus is “you look great!” Seemingly harmless, but the problem with this phrase is that it places your entire value on your looks. We are SO MUCH MORE than our appearance. Your challenge is this: next time you meet up with someone, give them a body-neutral compliment; a non-appearance based compliment. Can’t think of any? Try one of these: - Your energy is contagious - I am so happy to be with you again - I appreciate our friendship - I’ve deeply missed spending time with you Now, wouldn’t you just LOVE is someone said one of those things to YOU?! If you change the way you speak to others, they will get the message and change the way they speak to you too <3

Jenni always sends out a positive energy which makes you feel really good about yourself." - Gloria - "I feel proud of what I can do, physically, as a result of taking these classes on a regular basis. They also increase my feelings of happiness - they get my endorphins firing!" - Joni - "If you’re looking for a dynamic and fun way to get strong, this is it! Be patient with yourself if you’re just getting back into physical activity, and take all the breaks you can, but make sure you finish every class you start! Also, smile whenever Jenni tells you to... it really helps to push through the tougher moments." - Alyssa -
